Three moves to a refund.
Reach the crew
Message us from the contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order details and what didn’t work.
Box it up
We email a prepaid label. Pack the gear the way it arrived — edges protected, rubbers flat — and drop it with the carrier.
Refund or swap
Once it lands on our bench and passes a quick check, your refund posts to the original payment method, or we ship the swap.
- Unused blades and bats in original, undamaged condition
- Sealed rubber sheets that were never glued or mounted
- Unopened ball tubs with the seam intact
- Sealed, unopened supplement tubs
- Anything that arrived defective or damaged in transit
- Rubbers already glued to a blade can’t be resold or returned
- Custom-glued pro setups are made to order — swaps only if defective
- Instant-download manuals are non-refundable once the file unlocks
- Opened supplement tubs are covered by the guarantee, not the return desk
Play it, don’t just look at it
Opened a supplement and it didn’t do the job? The 30-day money-back guarantee covers even an opened tub — one per customer. Reach out and we’ll refund the coin.
Cracked, warped, wrong?
If it showed up broken or we sent the wrong variant, we cover return shipping both ways and rush a replacement. Send a photo from the contact page and skip the queue.
Returns FAQ.
Insert questionCan I return a bat I already played with?
A lightly hit bat in resalable condition within the window, yes. But once rubbers are glued or the surface is scuffed up from real play, it’s no longer returnable — the guarantee covers defects, not buyer’s remorse on used rubber.
How long until my refund shows up?
After your return clears our bench check, the refund posts to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Bank timing can add a day or two on top.
Who pays return shipping?
If the item was defective or we shipped the wrong thing, we do — both ways. For a change-of-mind return, the prepaid label cost comes out of your refund.
