Do blades ship with rubbers on them?
Depends on the machine. Pre-assembled bats like the Stiga Pro Carbon and JOOLA Infinity Overdrive arrive fully racked and glued. Bare blades — the Viscaria, the Nittaku Acoustic — ship naked so you mount your own sheets. The product page always says which.
Can you glue rubbers on for me?
Yes — that’s the whole point of the custom pro setup. Tell us your blade, your rubbers, your grip and your target weight, and we glue it at the bench, bubble-free, edges sealed. It ships a day later than stock gear so the glue cures.
Flared or straight handle — which do I pick?
Flared for most players; straight if you like the bat to rotate in a loose looping grip. It doesn’t change how the bat plays. Full breakdown lives in the size guide.
How do I pick sponge thickness?
Thicker sponge means more speed and spin but less control. New players want 1.8–2.0 mm; attacking loopers run 2.1 mm to Max. The size guide has a full cheat sheet.
Is your gear legal for tournaments?
Our match surfaces are ITTF-approved and edge-finished to spec, so they clear sanctioned events, league nights and club ladders. If you glue your own rubbers, just make sure the sheet you mount is on the current ITTF list.

How fast will my order arrive?

When do I get free shipping?
Any domestic cart over $75 unlocks free tracked standard shipping automatically — no code needed. It shows in your order summary at checkout.
What’s your return policy?
Thirty days, no restocking fee, on unused gear and sealed rubbers. Glued rubbers, custom setups and instant downloads are the exceptions. It’s all on the returns page.
Which payment methods do you take?

Do you ship internationally?
We do, at a flat rate to most countries. Duties and import taxes are set by your local customs office and collected on delivery. Zones and timing are on the shipping page.
