Some blades chase trends. The Viscaria set the trend. The Arylate-Carbon layup gives you that crisp, high-arc feel the pros built entire careers on — springy enough to loop, stable enough to trust under pressure, with a sweet spot the size of a bus.
We sell it bare on purpose. Pick your handle, mount the rubbers you actually like, and you’ve got a setup that’s yours instead of a compromise. This is the blade you keep for years.
High scores.
Player reviews“Third Viscaria I’ve owned and it’s still the crispest thing on a loop. Bought it bare, mounted my own tensor sheets, and the sweet spot forgives shots I have no business landing.”
Verified buyer“You buy this one bare on purpose. Tune it to your rubbers and it sings — nothing else feels this alive right off the bounce.”

Player FAQ.
Insert questionIt’s a bare blade — do I get rubbers?
No. This is the blade only, on purpose. You pick your handle and mount the rubbers you actually like so the setup is yours, not a compromise. Grab a pair from the shelf or let us build it at the bench.
What rubbers pair well with it?
The ALC layup loves a tensor top sheet — think a springy offensive rubber on the forehand and a slightly softer sheet on the backhand for control. Email the bench and we’ll talk through your style.
What does the weight class change?
Lighter (85 g) is quicker to swing and easier on the wrist over a long session; heavier (89 g) plows through the ball with more raw power. Wood is natural, so treat these as the target range we hand-pick to.
Is it tournament-legal once I glue rubbers on?
Yes, provided you mount ITTF-approved rubbers and keep it inside the size and thickness rules. The blade itself is fully sanctioned.
